1. Nomination Legitimacy and Truthfulness
By submitting a nomination statement to the Guuta Award Foundation, nominators warrant that all information provided—including biographies, achievements, references, and credentials—is truthful, accurate, and verifiably authentic. False allegations or inflated testimonies will cause instant elimination.
2. Intellectual and Creative Property
All content published on this website—including crests, vector seals, texts, recipient photographs, and historical biographies—is the exclusive proprietary asset of the Guuta Award Foundation. Reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited without written council authorization.
